**I'm not usually one for a romantic read but what made me change my mind about this was the fantastic writing style.

The author really can write: strong characters, suspense, intrigue and drama.

I'm genuinely surprised that this book hasn't put a substantial dent in the bestseller charts.

A complete page-turner.

**In "If The Shoe Fits," Rita Ames sheds new light on the concept of a one-night-stand when Janie and Bryant re-unite after three years and find their attraction for one another, and their passion, stronger than before. It's steamy, hot, and romantic. A very interesting read!

The writing is exceptional. The style is uniquely original. Told in first person, alternatively through the eyes of both Janie and Bryant, the reader is provided the distinct perspective of each of the main characters. I can't remember reading a book written this way other than 'The Collector,' and in that case the point of view simply amounted to two complete books. Really it is a brilliant concept, essentially like reading the love memoirs of two different individual written about one another. It puts a whole new spin on the genre of romantic erotica.

I give this book five gold stars. Great job Rita Ames!
